Spending the majority of his childhood in and around Los Angeles, he grew up on a musical diet of ‘90s Hardcore Gangsta Rap, paired with the juxtaposition of creative geniuses from Mozart to Michael Jackson during his time in local theatre, choirs and bands. His diverse and eclectic taste paved the way for G. Code to develop a deep appreciation for music as a whole, which has gone on to influence his current sound.

With thought-provoking wordplay, cerebral concepts and punchlines scattered throughout his productions, G. Code's autobiographical approach to storytelling paints him as a protagonist. Raw anecdotes and real past life experiences often form the basis of the storylines in his narrative-driven Hip Hop.
